David has been my trainer for more than 8 years training me weekly. He Is the best trainer I ever had for a number of reasons; Firstly, he knows how to achieve your goal whether it is to have lean muscles, bulk up or gain broader fitness. He is a past body builder who will adapt the workout based on your goals (and trust me can push you if you want to!) but most importantly based on how your body moves. Across the years I had several injuries (none due to training with Dave as he makes sure that your form is perfect), and have a number of workouts titled toe injury, wrist injury, shoulder injury, Dave will always adapt movements to ensure you can do it safely and efficiently and can adapt on the go! Finally, Dave is a super awesome person who will make the workout super enjoyable, play a workout music to your taste and can chat about anything so you won't see time pass and have an awesome workout! You will be very lucky to have him and I highly recommend you to have him help you get healthier and stronger!
